We, the undersigned residents and property owners of Forest Acres, respectfully request that City Council deny the proposed rezoning of the lot at Cherry Laurel Drive and Forest Drive from R-1 Residential to C-1 Commercial.

We support responsible development while asking that this property remain residentially zoned to help preserve the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood and the transition between our homes and the Forest Drive commercial corridor.
