PETITION TO KEEP LONGMEADOW CENTRE OPEN

PETITION TO KEEP LONGMEADOW CENTRE OPEN
The Issue
The Centre is a vital part of our community, offering essential services such as adult educational support (courses), Well-being Courses to help with customers with mental health, Little Lambs 0-5 years once a week this includes messy play, arts & crafts, contractual play etc, and a Community Pantry which helps families struggling to provide food. HAF summer/winter club, This help with families in the holidays where we provide free entertainment, food and activities. Its closure would cause disruption and hardship for families, children, staff, and others who rely on it.
We believe this Centre plays a crucial role in promoting wellbeing, helping hand, and opportunity in Longmeadow. We respectfully request that decision-makers:
- Reverse any plans to close the Centre
- Engage the community in open discussion
- Seek sustainable alternatives to closure
Please keep Longmeadow Centre open for the good of our community.
