The Issue
After working for 40 years to overturn Roe v Wade, as well as working with many organizations to force people with uteruses to give birth, Jim Bopp has openly admitted that under his proposed written laws, 10 year olds would be forced to carry pregnancies to term and give birth.
Bopp is a danger to our society and our children.

Bopp is also a Counsel member of the National Right to Life Committee as well as a contributor the the Federalist Society, an organization dedicated to changing the current legal order to align with radical conservative views.
Not only is he responsible for the framework he's legal counsel for the Right to Life coalition and he's been planning on chipping away at this for the past 40 years.
He's also legal counsel for Citizens United which is a conservative non profit and Bopp represented them in a case against the Federal Election Commission in the supreme court and WON

Giuliani and Jay Sekulow, as well as Senator Lindsey Graham and Oracle Corporation founder Larry Ellison
