Recent events have made this petition more urgent than ever. Just last month, innocent men were kidnapped and sent to CECOT, the notorious mega-prison in El Salvador—without due process. The U.S. Supreme Court ordered Trump to return one of the men, Abrego Garcia, to America, but he has refused to comply and is lying to the public, claiming he cannot. This is not only a human rights violation—it’s a full-blown constitutional crisis.

Trump and JD Vance have shown that they are willing to trample over the rule of law and our most basic democratic principles. And Elon Musk, unelected but endlessly influential, continues to insert himself into matters of national and global policy, undermining public trust and democratic process.
