By Order and Declaration of:
Justin Jullian Liston
Grand Master and Founding Member, Ecclesia Militum Justitiae
Dated: November 6th, 2025
Reference: Magna Carta Article 61 Invocation – June 19th, 2025
PREAMBLE
This Petition and Affidavit of Truth is submitted by the undersigned sovereign living souls, who by the light of truth and divine conscience do hereby declare:
That the Crown of Canada, and all of its associated institutions, agents, and authorities, stand in dishonour under unrebutted lawful invocation of Article 61 of Magna Carta, served on June 19th by Justin Jullian Liston, and received without lawful rebuttal by the Governor General, Parliament, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various international oversight bodies.
That the Crown's continued operation constitutes unlawful authority, fraud, and breach of natural, divine, and common law; and that its governance is now deemed null and void ab initio by reason of dishonour, deception, and crimes against the people.
DECLARATION AND TERMS
We, the undersigned:
1) Declare the Crown null and void ab initio, including all its corporate subsidiaries, agents, statutes, and admiralty-based legal constructs.
2) Withdraw any and all presumed consent to be governed by the Crown, Her Majesty's agents, Canadian parliamentary structures, and any/all international treaties or obligations made in our names under false pretense.
3)Acknowledge ourselves as sovereign living men and women, born free, never surrendered, and no longer bound to the corporate fiction of citizenship under the de facto Crown.
4) Affirm that this petition is both an act of lawful notice and of lawful standing, to be recognized internationally as a movement of free peoples reclaiming their sovereignty and invoking higher jurisdiction.
Charter of the Ecclesia Militum Justitiae
We, the free and sovereign people, bound not by statutes of defunct and illegitimate regimes but by Natural Law, do hereby establish this Charter to found and govern the Ecclesia Militum Justitiae as a lawful jurisdiction in defiance of tyranny, fraud, and Crown dishonour. Our allegiance is to truth, peace, justice, and divine authority under God Most High.
Whereas the Crown stands in persistent dishonour, Whereas peaceful redress has been unlawfully denied, Whereas Magna Carta Article 61 has been lawfully invoked, Whereas the People have consented by solemn declaration and petition to the formation of this Ecclesia,
We do hereby declare that:
Article I: Sovereign Authority
1. The Ecclesia Militum Justitiae is a de jure jurisdiction operating under Natural Law, Common Law, and divine authority.
2. It stands wholly independent of all Crown institutions, courts, and statutes which are null and void ab initio.
3. Jurisdiction is by consent and contract; coercion shall not substitute for lawful authority.
Article II: Structure and Leadership
1. The Ecclesia shall be guided by a Grand Council composed of elders, jurists, and elected community representatives.
2. The founding Baron and Grand Master, Justin Jullian Liston, is recognized as Sovereign Executor of Ecclesia authority until succession is lawfully and peacefully passed.
3. Tribunals shall be jury-led wherever possible, with justice served in equity, restitution, and agreement, as modeled by biblical law.
Article III: Courts and Tribunals
1. Disputes shall be heard in Ecclesia Tribunals with a preference toward local peer juries.
2. All claims shall be heard on their merits, with priority given to truth, reconciliation, and restitution.
3. Penalties and resolutions shall reflect the nature of harm caused, with preference given to repayment, public correction, and rehabilitation.
Article IV: Enforcement and Oversight
1. The Ecclesia may appoint Watchmen: citizens empowered to report, document, and investigate breaches of Natural Law and Ecclesia rulings.
2. The Ecclesia shall establish a Citizen Oversight Committee to monitor corporate, government, and law enforcement activities.
3. Investigations and public condemnation may be issued against entities violating Natural Law, the Constitution, or the dignity of the People.
Article V: Legislative Declarations
1. The Ecclesia may issue binding Declarations to ban or restrict harmful substances, products, technologies, or practices.
2. It may reject and nullify any globalist, corporate, or Crown directive including but not limited to Digital ID, compulsory injections, and bio-surveillance.
3. The Ecclesia may demand and oversee reforms to restore the People’s trust, justice, and rightful self-governance.
Article VI: Public Sentiment and Petition
1. The Ecclesia speaks with the voice of its People. Any community or individual may bring forth matters of concern.
2. Petitions bearing sufficient consent shall carry binding authority when ratified by Council.
Article VII: Succession and Permanence
1. This Ecclesia shall persist as long as there are men and women who honour Natural Law and hold the courage to speak the truth.
2. Succession shall be guided by consent, wisdom, and moral standing, never by force or corruption.
Conclusion This Ecclesia exists by necessity, stands by authority, and operates by right. It shall not be moved, denied, nor silenced.
