• He weaponized pardons to embolden criminals who engaged in violence on his behalf, violating the rule of law.

3. Dismantling of Checks and Balances

• Trump has undermined judicial independence by inciting violence against judges and prosecutors through social media and public statements.

• He has attempted to replace government officials with loyalists who protect his political interests rather than serve the Constitution.

4. Collusion with Foreign Adversaries & National Security Risks

5. Subversion of Democracy & Election Fraud Through Deception

OUR DEMANDS:

• A formal federal investigation into Trump’s fraudulent misrepresentation, racketeering, and abuse of power.

• A judicial review to assess legal grounds for injunctive relief and criminal prosecution under applicable laws.

• Immediate congressional oversight hearings on his administration’s corruption, obstruction of justice, and removal of federal checks and balances.

• Preventative legal measures to ensure he is barred from future public office if found guilty of constitutional violations.
