Location clarification

To clarify the location of this development it will be behind all the homes on Fairview Ave in which is located by Airgas on route 23.  The entrance and exit to the development would be on route 23, approximately across in the Marketplace Deli. 

All the trees will be removed including those behind the Fairview avenue homes and replaced with a retaining wall and evergreens of unknown height.
