In November of 2015 Syndrome208 received an indefinite suspension on Twitch.tv The explanation given to Syndrome for what caused him to be suspension was: Twitch discovered a server that would view ads as they were ran causing ad manipulation on the channel. Here is an explanation of what Syndrome thinks happened to cause this invalid activity to go on. Syndrome had a loyalty system within his channel on twitch that gave viewers an incentive to keep his channel open on their computers/tablets/phones or what ever device they would choose.  Every 10 minutes spent in the channel they would receive 1 token.  Tokens would be used to purchase raffle tickets for giveaways.  The more raffle tickets purchased the greater chance the viewer would have to win a giveaway.  Well this opened Syndrome's channel up for scammers to take full advantage of the system.  He believes someone with the proper know-how setup a server to farm the loyalty system on multiple accounts 24/7.

• Why has Syndrome waited so long to take action to try and get un suspended - Syndrome was unfamiliar with what the suspension was related to. He has spent the last 4 months researching the topic to better understand it and to be able to identify what could have caused it. So now he feels he can now take actions against this type of activity in his channel and prevent it. He also can now recognize this activity by routinely going over the analytics of his channel.
• If allowed back how will Syndrome prevent this?   - Like in the previous question he will routinely go over ALL analytics at his disposal to identify if this type of activity is going on. If any invalid activity is found he will identify the cause of the behavior and cease it immediately. He will also notify Twitch of the activity and what he plans to do to eradicate the behavior.
• What does Syndrome plan to do with his loyalty system if allowed back? - Syndrome will do one last giveaway using the system to allow his "real" loyal viewers to use the tokens they have saved up over the last few years of watching the stream. After the giveaway the system will be deactivated. All future giveaways will be run using a keyword system that is very popular amongst streamers and seems to not promote invalid activity.
