Petition to get Moshiri to cancel his agreement with 777 Partners to take over Everton FC

The Issue

Farhad Moshiri has single-handedly ruined Everton Football Club with his terrible transfer record and the money that he has thrown around the club aimlessly which has resulted in Everton Football Club becoming even worse than they already were when he joined the club as majority stakeholder.

He has now stooped down to a new low by agreeing a deal with 777 Partners, a company that has been accused of fraud and has an airline that is currently in administration, in September of last year to take over Everton Football Club for the foreseeable future. Luckily, the Premier League for once did Everton Football Club a favor in granting 777 Partners conditional approval, in which one of the conditions for 777 Partners to take over the club was to repay a $128 million loan to US-investment firm MSP Sports Capital, something that they haven't done as they probably don't have the money to actually repay the loan to that US-investment firm.

This petition is to call on Farhad Moshiri to do something right for once in cancelling his agreement between him and 777 Partners in which 777 Partners would take over Moshiri's 94.1% stake in Everton Football Club, in order to try to get Moshiri to find better and more competent owners as soon as possible- as if the deal with the new investors is not done as soon as possible, Everton Football Club could potentially be put into administration- leading to a potential -9 point deduction for the 2024-25 English Premier League campaign.

Having the agreement cancelled between Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners would be advantageous for Everton Football Club in the near future, as keeping the current deal with 777 Partners, which is very likely to collapse in the coming months anyways, would make it even more increasingly likely that Everton Football Club would be in administration for next season, leading to the potential punishments as aforementioned. This is due to the severe time constraints that Everton Football Club would be put under if the deal between Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners is still hanging in the balance months from now. The point is, Everton Football Club do not have months for this to be solved, as they could be put into administration well before that. The best and fastest solution, is for the agreement to be called off between Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners for a new, competent, investor to be found and to create an agreement between them and Farhad Moshiri to hopefully be accepted by the Premier League due to these new potential competent owners being able to meet the conditions of the Premier League. This may seem risky, but taking a risk is better than ending in sure administration if the current agreement between Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners continues to hang in the balance- as it will collapse eventually as 777 Partners are continuing to sign to us Everton fans that they are not fit to own or run a Football Club as they cannot repay a loan, which should be pennies for them given that they are taking over a multi-billion dollar business, to meet the conditions set out by the English Premier League to take over the club.

Having the agreement cancelled between Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners would also be advantageous to Everton Football Club for the foreseeable future as well as it would allow for them to move into their shiny new stadium for the 2025-26 (hopefully Premier League season) as a financially stable club and one without controversy surrounding the ownership of the club, as we have so long-fully desired as Everton Football Club fans.
