Maverick gas station was built in 2022. Now semi trucks park there over night and idle all night long. Hunning ranch is right across the street and many residents peace is disturbed but the constant drone of the trucks. Hunning ranch was established in 2006 as a residential neighborhood and not and industrial complex.
