Petition To Fully Legalize People Making Their Own Stimulant ADHD, narcolepsy, weight loss, and/or depression medication at home in the United States 

This is a petition to stop people from being in legal trouble or confenscated of home made ADHD, narcolepsy, weight loss, or depression stimulant medications. This includes methylphenidate, phentermine, and amphetamine. If made in only up to 3 months at a time of medication for personal medical use, made safely as possible, and made only on their own property, they will be pardoned from legal trouble, having their house raided or door kicked in, or their medication confenscated. IF they are caught making slightly more than exactly 3 months worth they won't be confenscated or in trouble if for example 3 months of adderall for them was 2400mg and they had made 2600mg it won't matter, but if this is the dose they use and they have made 3000mg or more it may be confenscated but without legal issues, and legal trouble will not happen unless far above the 3 month supply. They will abide by the FDA legal prescribing limits for dosing, for example for adderall they may not take above 120mgs in a day, and usually at least two doses spaced out 6-8 hours. They can only use the safest possible reactions, for example raspberry ketone to Phenylacetone being one non toxic precursor. 

This petition is to protect people from legal punishment making these specific medications, especially severe punishments like years of jail or prison time or felonies. It is to allow people to safely, and responsibly make their own specific stimulant medications without having to see a doctor or pay more money, or just because they like chemistry. They are fully liable if they accidentally make something toxic and ingest it, have unreacted toxic material still in their batches, or any other mishaps including if they overdose on it and abuse the privelage of not facing years of a hard legal punishment for no intent to harm someone but self medicate. There are many precursors to these medications in even food items like almond oil (benzaldehyde), raspberry ketone, estragole, eugenol, chavicol, cinnamon oil (cinnamaldehyde or cinnamic acid or cinnamyl alcohol). It is cruel to put people in jail or prison or kick their doors in or raid them for attempting to make stimulant medications from these kind of materials, and if known enough chemistry they can do it safely on their own property on only the.amounts up to 3 month supply at a time, following what the legal FDA limit is for daily use. This is NOT something supporting drug dealing and if made a lot more than the 3 month limit it can be confenscated and they can be legally punished but it will be mostly only a punishment of rehab of 4-6 months and maybe a less than few years probation period. They will not be told they can't do it again, but not until after the rehab period is finished and if probation period that period also.
