The Safe Choices Program run by Northeast kingdom Mental Health has been exposed for Abusive Practices against its Clients.  A series of Investigative reports have been done confirming many serious accusations of cruelty and mental abuse. 

We would like Governor Shumlin to form an Independent Task Force to investigate these allegations.

As citizens we are funding these programs with our hard earned tax dollars and this money should be used to help people not harm them.
