Smartphone brands have started excluding charging adapters from the boxes of their new phones. They claim that this saves the environment but that's not so. Because it requires more packaging than what would have been needed if the chargers were included in the box. Also people who are switching to a new Smartphone brands like apple they don't have a previous apple charger which all brands tell that people upgrading to a newer phones must have the previous phone's charger which they can use. But that's only in handful number of cases. Also if some damage occurs in the phone, they at times deny the warranty showing the reason that the customer had used 3rd party chargers and not their official ones... so it's the customers who are facing the problem in both the ways. So this is petition asking the government to take steps regarding this thing and force every Smartphone brands out there to include chargers in the box just like Brazilian Government has done it.
