Chanute kansas has a pitbull ban despite no major reported issues with the breed. The ones who were grandfathered in and allowed to stay are not allowed to live a healthy or happy life as they are only allowed outside 1 hour per day and in order to be walked must be muzzled. other owners are forced to maintain insuraunce which is so expensive they are forced to submit dogs to animal control officer who in the past has repeatedly stated to me and others that he hates the breed and wishes death upon them!This law needs to be abolished now!!!!!!!please stand up for this breed and cause it is genocide pure and simple!
