Petition to End CPS and Family Court Abuse
We, the undersigned, demand an immediate investigation and reform of Child Protective Services
(CPS) and Family Court systems across the United States.
For too long, families have suffered at the hands of corrupt, unaccountable, and unconstitutional
actions by CPS workers and family court officials. The very institutions designed to protect children
are tearing families apart through lies, coercion, and abuse of power.
The System Is Broken:
- CPS routinely lies, exaggerates claims, and uses false or misleading reports to justify removing
children from safe and loving homes.
- Evidence is suppressed, withheld from parents, and ignored by judges - even when it proves a
parent's innocence.
- Parents are silenced through fear tactics, including threats of losing their children forever if they
speak out or fail to comply.
- Family court proceedings lack transparency, often held in secrecy with no accountability or
oversight.
- Due process is ignored, constitutional rights are trampled, and families are left powerless in the
face of a corrupt system.
This is a National Crisis:
Parental rights are not optional. They are guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution, especially under
the 14th Amendment, which ensures every citizen's right to due process and family integrity.
We are calling on the federal government, civil rights organizations, and child welfare reform
advocates to take immediate action.
We Demand:
1. A full federal investigation into CPS and family court abuses nationwide.
2. Transparency and accountability in all family court and CPS actions.
3. Oversight committees to investigate misconduct and suppressed evidence.
4. Legal protections for parents, including access to real legal defense and fair hearings.
5. Support for whistleblowers, parents, and children who speak out about abuse, corruption, and
retaliation.
