REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION IN CANADA

We, the undersigned Canadians, believe that our government has lost constitutional legitimacy and that Canada has deteriorated into a captured and increasingly authoritarian state, influenced by foreign interests and operating without adequate democratic accountability.

We respectfully request immediate international attention and swift, measurable action in response to the conditions we believe now exist in Canada.

We ask the President and Government of the United States to examine the evidence concerning Canada's present political and constitutional circumstances and to consider Canada's situation in light of the extraordinary international action previously undertaken concerning Venezuela.

We believe the evidence accumulated over the past decade demonstrates a profound deterioration in democratic accountability, constitutional protections and the rule of law.

We specifically point to our concerns regarding:

The concentration and exercise of executive power.

The use of floor crossing and parliamentary mechanisms that we believe have frustrated the democratic mandate expressed by Canadian voters. (Treason)

Evidence of election interference and electoral misconduct.

The suppression or punishment of political dissent.

The use of state institutions against citizens who challenge government authority.

Police and judicial conduct that we believe has deprived Canadians of meaningful protection of the law and due process.

Conduct we believe constitutes state terrorism and bioterrorism.

Violations of principles reflected in the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law.

Violations of internationally recognized human rights principles associated with the United Nations.

SURVEILLANCE, DIGITAL CONTROL AND THE USE OF STATE POWER

We further ask the United States Government to examine Canada's documented use of intelligence, surveillance and military capabilities against Canadians during the 2022 Freedom Convoy and the broader expansion of government surveillance and information sharing surrounding that event.

Canadian government and parliamentary records establish that military surveillance capabilities were operated in the Ottawa area during the convoy period, while the Department of National Defense characterized the flight as a preplanned training exercise. Parliamentary records subsequently documented controversy surrounding the aircraft and its surveillance capabilities.

The Public Order Emergency Commission further documented intelligence collection and information sharing involving the RCMP, CSIS, CBSA, the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command and other federal institutions in connection with the convoy. The Commission's record also identified concerns regarding the legal framework governing certain forms of information collection.

We ask that these activities be independently examined. Canadians' constitutional and privacy rights were violated, and information collected through these operations were subsequently retained, shared or used beyond lawful authority.

We are more concerned about the expansion of digital identification, government data collection and surveillance mechanisms being implemented or proposed under the stated objectives of public safety, child protection and service delivery.

We ask for an independent examination of whether such mechanisms are being used proportionally, whether meaningful consent and due process exist, and whether systems introduced for legitimate protective purposes are being transformed into mechanisms of generalized population surveillance or control.

PUBLIC HEALTH, VACCINE INJURY AND COVID INFORMATION

We further call for independent examination of Canada's handling of COVID-19 data, public health communications, vaccine safety information and reports of vaccine injury.

We therefore call for independent examination of the underlying data, causality assessments, public communications, adverse-event reporting, compensation decisions and the treatment of individuals reporting vaccine-related injury.

We also call for examination of the decisions surrounding mandatory vaccination policies and whether individuals, including children and other vulnerable persons, were subjected to vaccination requirements without adequate informed consent or meaningful ability to refuse.

BIOLOGICAL AND PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY

We further request independent international examination of Canada's pandemic policies, biological-risk policies, public-health mandates and government communications concerning COVID-19.

Where we use terms such as “bioterrorism,” “state terrorism,” “election fraud,” “foreign capture,” or “illegal surveillance,” we are asking for those assertions to be independently investigated and accepted by the United States Government.

Conduct we believe warrants examination under principles embodied in the Rome Statute and the International Criminal Court framework.

We believe these matters have been allowed to continue with insufficient accountability and that ordinary domestic mechanisms have repeatedly failed to provide meaningful protection or remedy.

We therefore ask for immediate international scrutiny and swift, measurable action directed toward restoring democratic accountability, constitutional government, individual liberty and the protection of fundamental human rights in Canada.

We ask the United States Government to listen directly to Canadians who have documented these conditions and to independently examine the evidence rather than relying exclusively upon representations from Canadian government institution.

We believe Canadians have reached a point where international attention is warranted because the institutions responsible for protecting constitutional rights are, in our view, increasingly incapable of holding themselves accountable.

We want democracy restored.

We want constitutional government restored.

We want protection of the law restored.

We want political dissent protected rather than punished.

We want institutions exercising state power subjected to meaningful accountability.

And we want swift, measurable action rather than another decade of institutional delay.

 

We respectfully ask President Donald J. Trump and the Government of the United States to hear the Canadian people and act accordingly.
