Petition to Deny Agenda Item 2024 - 0366 (SULP) 24 - 1246917 Special Land Use Permit for Proposed 82 Townhouse Development at 2098 - 2124 Cedar Grove Road Conley GA, 30288. We, the undersigned residents of DeKalb County, strongly oppose this townhouse development on Cedar Grove Road. It will pose a significant environmental risk and threaten our already traffic-congested, overburdened road. This townhouse development will sit in the middle of the following (established) neighborhoods. Cedar Grove, Cedar Commons, Cedar Walk, Cove Lake Estates, Smithfield Grove, Cedar Valley, and Wishing Well Hills will be affected along with other communities and churches. We respectfully ask the DeKalb County Commissioners to (deny) this application for a Special Land Use Permit (SLUP) and protect the integrity and value of our community.
