Since 1999, the ever so popular and long running anime "One Piece" anime has been releasing episodes. One of the main character's, Usopp, who is clearly black, is slowly being whitewashed throughout the series. Black people are already lacking representation in media, and slowly taking away/diminishing the current representation is unacceptable. 

In signing this petition, you will be supporting the possible change of Usopps skin color back to a reasonable tone!
