Lake Wynonah Property Owners Association, Inc.

TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Pursuant to Article III, Section 2 of the Bylaws of the Lake Wynonah Property Owners Association, Inc., the undersigned members in good standing, constituting not less than one-third (1/3) of the members having voting rights, hereby formally request that a Special Meeting of the Membership be called.

PURPOSE OF THE MEETING:

1. To consider and vote upon the removal of one or more members of the Board of Directors, pursuant to Article IV, Section 8 of the Bylaws;
2. To elect replacement Director(s), if necessary;
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the membership.

REQUEST FOR SCHEDULING:
We request that this Special Meeting be scheduled in accordance with the Bylaws, with proper notice provided to all members.
