The current Board has crossed the line. They removed a duly elected board member simply to appoint one of their own chosen insiders. This is not just unethical – it is a direct violation of the very bylaws they swore to uphold.  

Even worse, they have ignored a valid homeowner petition, once again acting outside their authority. The Board has already modified bylaws without proper homeowner approval, stripping away the rights of the very people they are supposed to represent. This is not governance this is control.  

We will not stand by while the Board disregards our voices and abuses their power. Based on the overwhelming number of signatures gathered, we demand a special vote of the membership for the removal of the entire Board and for new elections to be held immediately.  

This community belongs to the homeowners, not a self-appointed few. It’s time to restore transparency, accountability, and integrity to Stonebridge Ranch.
