We the undersigned, call upon the Right Honourable Ben Bradshaw MP to join with over 50 other Labour MPs to support the call for a ceasefire, either by signing Early Day Motion 1685, or by making a public statement, calling for an immediate ceasefire in the Israeli aggression being inflicted upon civiliana in Gaza. 

Israel, the occupying power, does not have the right use acts of collective punishment, which are classed as war crimes under the Geneva Convention. As of 2nd November 2023, estimates indicate that more than 9000 Palestinians have been killed of which over 4000 are thought to be children.

To remain silent in the face of Israel’s current aggression is to be complicit in it so we call upon the Right Honourable Ben Bradshaw MP to join with more than 50 other Labour MPs who have already signed the EDM, requesting the government call for an immediate ceasefire, ending the Israeli genocide in Gaza.
