Subject: Petition to Address Allegations of Coercion, Impartiality, and Cover-Up in Delphi, Indiana Judicial System. We Petition for the removal of Judge Frances C. Gull, Sheriff Tony Ligget, Prosecutor Nick McLeland, Super Intendant Douglas G Carter, First Sergeant Jerry Holeman, and Chief Deputy Tobe Leazenby,  and Assistant Deputy Prosecutor Shane Evans.

We are petitioning as a concerned community and on behalf of many others who share a deep concern regarding the recent events in our community. We Petition for the removal of Judge Frances C. Gull, Sheriff Tony Ligget, and Prosecutor Nick McLeland Super Intendant Douglas G Carter, First Sergeant Jerry Holeman, and Chief Deputy Tobe Leazenby, Assistant Prosecutor Shane Evans.We request a federal judge, a special prosecutor, and an FBI investigation in to the matter. It has come to our attention that allegations of coercion, partiality, and the potential cover-up of critical evidence have arisen within the judicial system of Delphi, Indiana. These allegations cast a shadow of doubt over the administration of justice in our community, threatening the trust and confidence of our citizens in the legal system.

We firmly believe that justice should be administered without bias and with the utmost integrity, ensuring that every individual is treated fairly and that evidence is handled transparently. However, recent developments have raised concerns about the conduct of key individuals, including an impartial judge, Judge Frances C. Gull, Sheriff Tony Ligget, Prosecutor Nick McLeland, Super Intendant Douglas G Carter, First Sergeant Jerry Holeman, and Chief Deputy Tobe Leazenby,  and Assistant Deputy Prosecutor Shane Evans in cases that demand the highest levels of impartiality and transparency.

We, the undersigned, request that an immediate and thorough investigation into these allegations is initiated. Furthermore, we call for the intervention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Supreme Court to ensure an impartial, transparent, and accountable review of these serious concerns.

FBI Investigation: We urge the initiation of an FBI investigation to impartially and comprehensively review the Delphi murder case, including the allegations of cover-up, bias, perjury, witness tampering, and the wrongful incarceration of an innocent individual.

Appointment of a Supreme Court Judge: We ask for the appointment of a Supreme Court judge to oversee the review and investigation process, ensuring that the highest standards of justice and transparency are maintained.

Special Prosecutor: We request the appointment of a special prosecutor with no prior involvement in the case to ensure a fair and impartial assessment of the evidence, witnesses, and procedures.
