Happy Saturday, everyone!
I’m excited to share that after two years of working with legislators and the Delaware Board of Occupational Therapy, the bill allowing occupational therapists to perform dry needling has officially passed unanimously in both the House of Representatives and the Senate! The bill is now moving forward to the Governor for signature.
This is a huge milestone for our profession, and I truly could not have accomplished it without all of your support. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to sign the petition, share information, like posts, and advocate alongside us. Your support made a real difference.
I’ll keep everyone updated on when the bill is officially signed into law. In the meantime, I’ve attached the link below so you can follow the progress of HB 165.
