Bayshore Mall is a pretty nice place, they have a Barnes and noble which always a huge plus but it’s missing one store most malls have.

A Hot Topic.
Hot topic, it’s a fashion chain that’s grown really popular in recent years and  is often held with high prestige by teenagers and young adults alike. That’s why I think it’d be such a good fit into the Bayshore mall ecosystem,  Some other reasons for this are

A. It would create low effort jobs with reasonable pay.

B. It’d put  more Money into the economy of the town

C. Many people would like going there(myself included)

Im not entirely sure who the mall planners are but I’m sure they’d agree with this proposal. (as long as the actual hot topic company would be willing to participate too)
