We, members of the South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT) hereby say:

We are deeply concerned about-

(a) ongoing and unresolved disputes between SAIT and Tax Faculty;

(b) the allegation that SAIT refuses to provide the Tax Faculty with the policy and application form to apply for 2024 CPD accreditation; and

(c) the fact that SAIT curtails members' freedom of choice to choose which training topics and providers are most relevant to our unique professional development needs.

We petition SAIT to act in our best interest as members. We also petition SAIT to cease its current stance of refusing to provide the 2024 CPD accreditation application form to Tax Faculty.
