Petition the US Government for redress of grievances.

Petition the US Government for redress of grievances.

The Issue

The American people are rapidly losing their rights and freedoms due to rampant corruption infiltrating various levels of our Government. This isn't a distant issue that we read about; it's a daily reality affecting every facet of American life. Our representatives, those elected to protect and serve the populace, are increasingly prioritizing the interests of billionaires and special interest groups. This comes at the expense of the general well-being of the average American.

We, the people, are empowered by the Constitution to correct our government when it strays from its primary purpose — serving its citizens. Today, we exercise this right with an urgent call for accountability, transparency, and authentic representation in our government offices. Our democratic system was designed to be for the people, by the people, and it’s time we hold our elected officials to this ideal.

Corruption has eroded public trust and undermined democratic principles. Numerous reports and studies indicate the pervasive influence of money in politics, leading to policies that favor the wealthy elite. For example, a Princeton study in 2014 highlighted that economic elites and organized interest groups have a substantial impact on U.S. government policy, whereas the preferences of the average American have a minuscule effect.

The ramifications of this are vast. Essential rights and freedoms are compromised, from affordable healthcare access and fair wages to environmental protections and educational opportunities. Real lives are affected as decisions made behind closed doors prioritize profit over people.

What can be done? We demand the following actionable reforms:

- Enact stricter regulations on campaign financing banning PAC’s , billionaires and foreign governments from influencing campaigns.

-Introduce campaign spending limits to ensure fair nominations

-cut financial support to other countries until domestic issues are addressed

-term limits for all political positions

-ban dual citizenship for those who hold political office

-ban GMO’s and harmful chemicals from our food and products.

-bring back the gold standard and back the dollar with stable assets

-reassess our alliance with Israel and cut military support focusing on diplomacy.

-restructure our two party political system by abolishing parties. Focus on candidate’s solutions over party preferences.

-restructure our healthcare system to focus on prevention and nutrition. Pharmaceutical companies have put profit before our health.

-increase the penalties for regulating agencies to prevent conflicts of interest.

-restrict politicians from investing in individual stocks.

- Strengthen laws protecting whistleblowers and ensure that their crucial contributions to exposing corruption are safeguarded.

-pass a law that bans politicians from accepting gifts or money. This is bribery and should be treated that way.

-use blockchain technology and voted ID to secure elections and provide transparency for tax spending and legislation.

-introduce single issue bills. We can accomplish much more while maintaining transparency by voting on one issue at a time. This ensure laws are being passed and budgets are approved that benefit the American people.

-secure the boarder and create more opportunities for citizenship with federal work programs, tax benefits for industries that offer work to immigrants in exchange for citizenship.

-put an end to agencies spying on American citizens. Hold agencies accountable when they wrong the American people.

It's time for a change, and meaningful reform is possible — but it requires voices united in purpose and resolve. Join us in reclaiming our rights and restoring true democracy by signing this petition. Together, we can demand the necessary redress of grievances and initiate the change that our nation desperately needs.
