Spawnism and 764 are both cults organized to harm and exploit children and young adults. 

Spawnism: A cult based around a fictional cult from Forsaken, a video game hosted on the platform Roblox. Spawnism recruits children by manipulating them to harm themselves by cutting, to quote; "test the spawn". This cult also encourages minors to send illicit pornographic materials to high ranking members of Spawnism. This religion also broadcasts sexual abuse material to its' members (including minors) on their Discord server. They also worship a false god built on fiction and fallacy.

764 exploits children similar to Spawnism, however, they apparently do not worship a god-like entity, and only encourage minors and young adults to self harm, and send illegal pornography to members of 764.

Not only are these organizations committing violations of several United States Laws against Child Exploitation, they are also most likely responsible for the deaths of hundreds of children and young adults due to encouragement of self harm.

Religious exercise is not protected if it harms others or violates compelling government interests, such as public safety or health. 

A signature on this petition is one step towards the United States Government taking more action to prevent the exploitation of minors online, and getting your voice heard. Together, we can stop these bad actors from harming our most precious resource: Young Americans.
