Petition Statement

Removal of special government employee, Elon Musk & his unofficial staff, conflict of interest and becase the oversight agencies have been fired and this is our people power. 

President Trump, Senators and Congress and People still in office who can recognize Oversight 

Subject: Petition for the Immediate Review and Removal of Elon Musk Due to Oversight of the state sector because he is dismantling the government without evidence of corruption.

What is at stake: His unit has terminated government grants and contracts, dismissed federal workers, and implemented sweeping changes across agencies such as USAID, the U.S. Treasury, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Education just to name a few. These extreem actions and now raids? This is having a devastating impact, on we the people of the United States. Doge raids and dismantling with no proof or evidence of Fraud to a recent independent 5013c non government agency, The U.S. Institute for Peace. This is clear evidence to call on congressional oversight.  Doge is overstepping its authority and making dangerous use of law enforcement, FBI and US Marshall's as resources to assert itself and it must stop!

Why now is the time to act: we do not want this special government employee to return. Despite not holding an official leadership position, Elon Musk has assumed decision-making authority, because he was a top campaign doner? The appointed acting administrator, Amy Gleason, has limited decision-making power, while it appears to be Elon Musk making executive decisions. Elon Musk is sidelining proper leadership and making unilateral changes that have disrupted USA Government environment, and now private Additionally, the unjustified, unofficial hiring of over 100 consultants/advisors has further destabilized the Government departments and raised serious concerns about oversight, responsibility and transparency

Our Concerns:

Unauthorized Leadership Oversight: 

Elon Musk, is making key decisions without formal authority. This non-employee is dismantling the federal government bringing devastating impacts in congressional districts across the country. 

Our Demands:

Immediate removal of Elon Musk, and all of his non-employees of the US government at Doge. Elon Musk's position as an SGE advisor/consultant to the President carries no official authority for his attacks on the federal government and civil service at DOGE Musk is using his own company platform X to post his threats.

His actions are unlawful!

Reinstatement of proper leadership as Elon Musk is not an elected official. He has not been elected to do this dismantling, nor was his staff at Doge. We need decision-making processes that aligns with the Government structure policies and Law. 

We need a formal response from leadership addressing these concerns within 30 days.

We, the undersigned, urgently call for immediate corrective action. If the removal of Elon Musk and his Doge staff is not addressed promptly and transparently, we may have no choice but to escalate the matter for Artl.S8.C18.7.1 Overview of Congress's Investigation and Oversight Powers.

The agency began laying off more than 6,000 new and newly promoted employees 

27 NOAA At least one member of DOGE entered the Department of Commerce the parent of NOAA, the agency responsible for forecasting the weather, researching and analyzing climate and weather data, and monitoring and tracking extreme weather events like hurricanes. That person was granted access to NOAA's IT systems

28 USAID humanitarian efforts around the globe. According to current and former USAID officials on Feb. 7, all USAID humanitarian work around the world had been stopped.

On its own, the National Labor Relations Board, an independent watchdog agency for workers’ rights, has 24 investigations into Mr. Musk’s companies

In January, Mr. Trump has fired three officials at that agency, including a board member, effectively stalling the board’s ability to rule on cases. Until Mr. Trump nominates new members, cases that need a ruling by the board cannot move forward, according to the agency.

What is a Special Government Employee (SGE)?

An SGE is an individual appointed to perform temporary duties, either with or without compensation, for a period not exceeding 130 days during any 365-consecutive-day period. We the People, undersigned are deeply concerned about the continued oversight by Elon Musk and his unofficial staff.

This is wrong!

In the lead-up to the 2025 election, the Trump administration, with the help of Elon Musk's "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE), targeted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) by firing nearly all its employees and attempting to dismantle the agency, citing it as a "woke, weaponized" entity. 

Let's end Musk's SGE who is very partial to Trump!
