Homeowner's multiple requests and inquiries for service to have a large tree limb that had been broken in a storm went unanswered for close to one year. The broken limb remained a hazard to people, pets, and parked vehicles. 

His only response came about 8 or 9 months after they first notified Certain Property Management and the BoD.  The CV Board stated in an email that,  "Chardonnay is NOT going to unnecessarily expose itself to liability or injury or death. 6/19/2020.

In response to the moronic statement (from most likely Ms. Abbie Fazande, vice president) the homeowner alerted CVCA property insurance representative to the situation. The large branch was removed the next day.
