My dog was earlier hit by a car and the driver that hit her just drove away. It should be considered a hit and run but the Adam's county police said that it would not be considered a crime. If a person hits a mailbox it's considered a hit and run but a living breathing being that was loved, cherished, and a part of my family is not.? We need justice for our family members. We need someone to protect the innocent. I would like to see something positive come out of something so devastating to my family. So let's help make it illegal to hit an animal and let it there to suffer.
