Please be advised that this is a call to action to support Ms. Larhonda Outlaw in her quest for the full investigation and or legal action against those known as Shelly Carter and Ally Carter also known by her birth name Tori Outlaw. We are seeking justice, and legal consequences for the many vicious lies, slander, and defamation of character regarding Ms. Outlaw that has been circulating over social media for a number of years.  Shelly Carter along with Ally Carter herself have been promoting Ally as a sex trafficking victim survivor since the moment of birth. Some of Shelly and Ally claims have included being abused, raped and tortured at the hands of both  biological parents, various forms of abuse while in child protective services, being sex trafficked and sold for sex to high profile celebrities to include President Joe Biden, Sean Combs,  Denzel Washington and countless others. None of such claims have ever been substantiated or corroborated by witnesses, law enforcement, or in a court of law. Ms. Outlaw, after being slandered and defamed on multiple social media platforms for years by the pair has decided enough is enough. Thereafter Ms.Outlaw was then interviewed by reporter King Wurld on the YouTube platform after seeing yet another slanderous video by her daughter Ally Carter. According to Ms.Outlaw Ally did not enter cps custody until the age of 16 due to multiple complaints of abuse that a judge ruled to be false and frivilous which concluded with the return of Ms. Outlaw's other children after a 6 day investigation. It is also around this time that Ally then disappeared from child protective services, her whereabouts unknown. During the 6 day investigation conducted  by child protective services Shelly Carter began vigorously propositioning the courts to grant her guardianship of Tori Outlaw in which she was denied and eventually banned from all current and future court proceedings regarding the matter. It is at this time there is reason to believe that Ally began to reside and or have regular contact with Shelly illegally. It was not until Ally became over the age of 18 that Shelly Carter became her adopted mother which included Tori Outlaw changing her name to Ally Carter. Ms.Outlaw has now come forth to adamantly deny all allegations of parental abuse of any kind. These false allegations has caused great pain and suffering to the outlaw family who is now seeking justice. We ask that you join Ms.Outlaw in her quest for justice against those who have perpetrated these outrageous lies and fictious events. Although as a mother Ms.Outlaw has been deeply hurt by the false claims of her daughter throughout the years, it is also the wishes of Ms.Outlaw that her daughter Tori/Ally receives the professional help and support that she needs concerning her mental state. As her online antics and fabricated stories is cause for immediate concern.  On this petition we stand in solidarity with Ms.Outlaw in pursuit of any legal and law abiding path that she sees fit for the matter. We are hopeful that with the support of all the signatures, this petition can be an addition to any legal means decided upon solely by Ms.Outlaw in which she deems appropriate for herself and family.  Including immediate professional medical help for her daughter if such can be intiated. No longer will viewers and participants of social media be baited into a serious cause such as sex trafficking only to be tricked into false narratives of events that did not occur navigating attention away from those true victims of sex trafficking.
