BOE Meeting: Tomorrow Night, Tues, April 19 at 7 p.m., 40 E. Dundee Road, Barrington, Il

The vote for next year's late start is, yet again, to occur tomorrow night...along with a vote on the "schedule for voting for the schedule" for 2017/2018 school year start times. The BOE indicated it would only be a 10 minute delayed start time for next year (2016/2017), and that continued input from the community would continue to be had from the INPUT 220 Committee. At the last meeting, there was indication that the BOE would explain their thoughts on late start for the 2017/2018 school year in the coming months, but there would be no public discussion with the BOE about the BOE's statements on these matters. All options remain on the table as to late start time; including, late start times of 9:30 a.m. on regular days and potentially 10:00 a.m. or later on "late-start Wednesdays."
