570 SIGNATURES! THANK YOU! ♥️ We are officially at 570 signatures and climbing toward our goal of 1,000! Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, and left messages of support. Every single signature helps prove to officials that safety at M-20 and Coleman Road cannot be put off any longer. Petitions with 1,000+ supporters carry real weight with decision-makers—and we are well past the halfway mark to get there. As many of you know, this petition was started in memory of my father-in-law, Dan Herron, who was killed in a preventable accident at M-20 and Coleman Road when another driver ran a red light. Dan was a father, a grandfather, and a loved member of my family. The dangerous conditions at this intersection—unbalanced signal timing, high speeds, and lack of warning measures like rumble strips or flashing beacons—put thousands of drivers at risk every single day. We are urging MDOT, local law enforcement, and county officials to step in with immediate safety reviews, increased traffic enforcement, and essential engineering upgrades. How You Can Help me Reach 1,000 * Anyone can sign: You do not need to live directly next to this intersection. If you drive through the area, live in the surrounding communities, or simply believe in safer roads, your voice matters. * Please keep sharing: Sharing the link on Facebook, in local community groups, or directly with friends and family is the single most effective way to help mecross the finish line. Thank you for standing with my family and honoring Dan's memory by fighting for safer roads for everyone. Let’s keep pushing until we reach 1,000!
