Review application placed on semi urgent roll. CPAG has undertaken  not to build in front of Bayview until 1 Feb 2025. PLEASE note this was not on the schedule anyway. And no building happens from 1 July 2024 to 31 Jan 2025 as per the Environmental Approval. We look forward now to completing the path!!!

Hi All

We are relieved; construction is not interrupted!!!

We have an amazing legal team.  The project would have been shelved many years ago if it wasn't for adv Johan de Waal.  He again did the lion share of the work.  Many thanks to Johan.  

Marius v Staden of Savage & Jooste attorneys a key role player now and an Appeals before.  

Adv Robert Stelzner joined and all were supported by the many conversations Rudi Naumann had with Pooles Bay homeowners.  

We have a brilliant team supported by the public.  Civil society standing together- united in our mission to connect the cliff path.  

Thank you everyone for standing up for the cliff path.

OM please keep in mind that the people of Hermanus want the cliff path.  We are a group of volunteers willing to build the path, but not want to be involved in politics and who said what. 

Our experience of OM is very different to the voice note of the mayor.  

Can we please work together with ALL parties to get the path build.
