We, the undersigned Zimbabweans in the UK and Ireland, are facing serious challenges when renewing passports and submitting ID applications. Long travel distances, high costs, and delays make it extremely difficult for ordinary citizens to access Makombe services.

 

Zim-Way is a diaspora-focused facilitation service designed to solve this problem. The system is secure, transparent, and fully trackable:

 

Clients receive a unique receipt and tracking number.
Applications are sent to Zim-Way, forwarded to Zimbabwe, and submitted individually by vetted agents with valid IDs and up-to-date police clearance.
Completed passports/IDs are collected and securely returned to clients abroad.

 

 

All documents are insured, every client signs a consent form, and the Embassy carries no liability — Zim-Way takes full responsibility.

 

We are calling on the Registrar General’s Office at Makombe and Zimbabwean Embassies to acknowledge and accept passport/ID applications delivered by Zim-Way’s vetted agents with client consent.
