Petition for Xero to listen to its customers...

The issue

Xero prides itself on its mission to provide a beautiful and seamless experience for its customers. However, the last couple of years have indicated quite the opposite, seemingly escalating with customers being forced to use a 'new' inefficient invoicing platform within its program.

Xero staff have said they want its customers to feel heard, but we do not want to 'feel heard' we want to actually be heard.

While some smaller glitches are actually being addressed the bigger issues are not. A growing number of customers are beyond frustrated, Xero keeps closing down, or redirecting to other unconnected, suggestions or conversation on the Xero community page making it harder for customers to find each other, making our voice weaker than it may actually be.

This petition has been created as an external platform, that Xero staff cannot shut down, for those customers who may have experienced any of the below...

  • Are you being heard?
  • Have you been told or made to feel like you are the problem?
  • Felt like support staff are gaslighting you?
  • Have been told it's just 'an adjustment period'?
  • Been told its going to get better (but its not)?
  • Your work hours getting longer to complete the same tasks?
  • Have had trouble with New Contacts View?
  • Have had trouble with New Invoice View?
  • Take issue with the forced redirection to New Invoice View?
  • Are concerned about the retiring of classic invoice layout?
  • The bills screen view changes? or
  • Are you scared, concerned or angry about what they are going to force on us next....?

They are many more issues, including drilling down into sub issues of some of those listed above.

If you have had issues to do with the changes or they way staff have addressed your concerns please sign this petition, if you have staff that have been complaining about the changed and impact on their workflow, please have them sign this petition.
