Kaybe Jordan is not just a pet to us; he is a cherished member of our family. We first met Kaybe when he was only five weeks old, a tiny puppy with a rough start to life. Rescued by the owners of his parents, he found his forever home with us and has been a source of joy and comfort ever since. My fiancée, Jasmine Rowe, and I have loved him deeply from the moment he joined our family, and his presence has enriched our lives in countless ways. Unfortunately, our beloved dog is currently held by the Wayne County Dog Warden. This situation has left us heartbroken and desperate to have him back where he belongs.  He is being wrongfully accused of biting someone and he wasnt the one who bit that lady. They won't do a bite impression to see who bit her, the one who bit her was her own dog that was still reacting to my dog. When she went to grab her dog her dog bit her on the hand. The lady hasn't had any bandages or anything on her hand. She is still working. I know on a personal level what my dog is capable of when it comes to protecting his own. We understand the responsibilities of pet ownership and have always ensured that Kaybe is well cared for, loved, and safe. This separation has not only affected our daily lives but also Kaybe’s well-being, as he thrives when he is surrounded by his loving family. My dog is not a dangerous dog he loves people, and if he doesnt like you there is a damn good reason. I love my dogs more than people and if I could save every dog, I would. Kaybe has not only taught my fiance how to love and trust again, because she lost a baby girl  to sids when she was only 18, and then she also lost custody to her youngest at 19. Kaybe has brought her back to life and she is so lost without him. She now is in recovery and is a mother again and loving life, but that is now being threatened because she is like I said lost without her other child Kaybe the one who brought her back from the brink of death. She needs him as he needs her. We know our boy is hurting in that kennel as our family here at home are to. I lost my best friend a couple years back she was 27 days from giving birth to a little boy. She was murdered and I know that she was and can do nothing about it, but Kaybe always finds a way to show us that we are needed and no matter what he loves us even thru the ugly days. My best friend had a dog named nova faith I had custody of her and now her well being is being threatened to she and kaybe love each other it's a love ive never got to witness from any dog until these two. Nova has been grieving since he has been gone along with his two daughters...nova not only raised him but what I truly know is that is the live of her life. What they are doing is not fair. They didn't do an adequate investigation I truly believe they are only doing this because of kaybes breed and it's not right myself my fiance and a forth party were  the ones who witnessed that kaybe wasn't the one who bit her, if he had she would have probably lost most of her hand. Please I know my dog didn't do this. If you could meet Kaybe you would see the love this dog carries in his heart and I am not just saying this because he is my dog I'm telling the honest to God's truth.  There is something about him that brings so much pride about in me  God knew what he was doing when he sent him to us . He knows we are hurting and I feel he is hurting to....please help us bring him home. Where he belongs because our dog is not dangerous. The only reason the incidents have happened is because these people allowed their dog escape and my fiance had kaybe outside and when you have a ball in your hand that's what kaybe focuses on, the their dog on a separate occasion as I was saying bit my fiance and of course kaybe then reacted. But my fiance didn't pursue charges on them. But now they are lying and trying to ruin our lives. But it is a proven fact that dogs will associate animals and people that live with the animals that bit or hurt their owners they will forever perceive them as a threat and his mom is his everything. Sorry this is so long and I appreciate it if you have made it this far in my story it's hard as I've had tears in my eyes the whole time writing this. My heart is not going to be whole again unless he comes home. These are the only times and animals my dog ever has went at aggressively. So it's two isolated incidents and the first one he didn't nor this one has he been aggressive towards humans just the two dogs because the one has bitten my fiance. Look it up. It's proven fact.  If he was guilty they would have never caught up with us.  We, the undersigned residents of Wayne County and the surrounding communities, implore the Wayne County Dog Warden to consider the deep bond we share with Kaybe and allow for his immediate return to his rightful home. The love we have for him is immense, and we are committed to providing him with a safe, loving environment—one that he so richly deserves. This isn’t just about returning a pet; it’s about reuniting a family member with those who care for him the most. We appeal to the authorities to recognize the importance of the family bond and the pivotal role Kaybe plays in our lives.
