We, the undersigned creditors of Billion Traders Fx, hereby respectfully petition for the release of Mr. MANZI Davis, proprietor of Billion Traders Fx, who is currently detained due to debts owed to investors. We acknowledge the gravity of the financial obligations, but we believe that continued detention will not facilitate a constructive resolution.

Mr. MANZI’s detention hinders his ability to mobilize resources and actively work towards settling the outstanding debts. We firmly believe that granting him temporary release will enable him to focus on generating the necessary funds to meet his financial commitments.

Resolving this financial issue requires Mr. MANZI’s direct involvement in negotiations with IC MARKETS, securing financing, and managing business operations. His continued detention, however, prevents any timely or effective solution to the financial challenges at hand.

Therefore, we kindly urge you to grant Mr. MANZI’s release, subject to any conditions you deem appropriate, so that he can work towards fulfilling his obligations to the creditors.
