The Issue

My name is Holley Martinez, and I am Kenneth Osburn’s daughter.

I’m doing everything I can to fight for my dad, but I can’t do this alone anymore. Our family is asking for help, prayers, and support as we seek justice and truth in his case.

In 2008, my father was sentenced to life without parole for the tragic death of 17-year-old Casey Crowder. In 2009, the Arkansas Supreme Court overturned his conviction due to serious legal errors. Despite this, in 2014, after years of incarceration and pressure, he accepted a plea deal that was represented as 7½ years, but instead resulted in a 40-year sentence.

My dad has always maintained his innocence. His story was featured in the Netflix documentary Gaslit, which has brought renewed attention to the unanswered questions in his case. His parole hearing is coming up, and we are asking for compassion, fairness, and a full review.

We are trying to raise funds to hire a lawyer and investigator to help uncover the truth. If you are able to donate, share, or help in any way, it truly means more than you know.
