PETITION FOR THE PROTECTION OF DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES AND THE RULE OF LAW

To Whom It May Concern: Our Constitution is the rule of law and Declaration of Independence is a moral standard. Abraham Lincoln viewed the Declaration of Independence as the moral standard. Lincoln argued that the Declaration's principles provided the "surest foundation" for the long-term enjoyment of rights. The principle that "all men are created equal.” To counter arguments that the Constitution was inherently pro-slavery or that the Declaration's equality clause did not apply to African Americans. Unfortunately today we are still arguing that fact due to those who lied and manipulated to its constituents to appoint them in positions thought to be duly elected.

Those who created the constitution were flawed, as we all are. Even they understood this and intentionally left room for improvement. These are basic moral standards to abide by. We must continue to move in a forward motion for basic human dignity for all. Not digress. We need to build on the foundational stones of the constitution and what it stands for. We should it be working it down. Nor should we allow those in government whom have decided they are in full control to tear it down either.

We, the undersigned, respectfully call for the protection and preservation of democratic principles, constitutional accountability, and the rule of law in the United States of America.

This petition affirms that informal practices, political norms, or procedural tactics must not be used to override or undermine the United States Constitution, established legal processes, or the system of checks and balances upon which our democracy depends.

  • The rejection of the unconstitutional Kavanaugh stop policy that violates the fourth Amendment protection against racial profiling, unreasonable searches and seizures.
  • The rejection of informal or non-binding practices, including those that obstruct legislative accountability or transparency, such as the so-called “Hastert Rule,” when used to prevent duly supported legislation from reaching a vote.
  • The reaffirmation that no individual, including a sitting President, is above the law by abolishing rules and or policies that make it possible, or and give the illusion that it’s appropriate.
  • The prohibition of policies or interpretations that shield any public official from accountability for unofficial acts that may be criminal or unlawful.
  • The enforcement of constitutional principles consistent with rulings such as Trump v. United States (2024), which clarify that unofficial acts are not protected by presidential immunity.
  • The protection of democratic processes from manipulation through informal procedural tactics that attempt to bypass lawful governance or avoid accountability.

We believe that democracy depends on transparency, accountability, and adherence to the Constitution—not on informal customs or political convenience.

Call to Action

We urge elected officials, policymakers, and institutions at all levels of government to uphold their oath to the Constitution, ensure equal application of the law, and reject any efforts that weaken democratic governance or accountability.

My goal

I believe collaboration is extremely important and want to help others to the best of my ability. Together with common goals we can create a larger impact. My goal is to spread valid information and help create policies that will help the American people and stop the enabling of corruption in our government. While sponsorships and donations can help accomplish this, money is not my top priority. I’m not looking to profit off of this in any way. I simply want to stop the destruction of our constitution, keep our democracy intact and create better policies to ensure a positive future for our nation. The youth of this nation will have to live with our decisions, our actions and inactions. I want to do everything I can to leave behind something worth leaving.
