We, the concerned residents and stakeholders of Winslow Township, are deeply troubled by the current state of our school district under the leadership of Superintendent Dr. H. Major Poteat. Property values in our town do not compare to neighboring areas with well-performing school districts, highlighting the direct correlation between the quality of education and the overall prosperity of our community.

Despite being one of the highest-paid superintendents in the state, Dr. Poteat's performance does not align with the significant tax revenue allocated towards education in Winslow Township. The disparity between the resources invested in the school system and the outcomes achieved is unacceptable and demands immediate action.

It is imperative that we, as residents and advocates for quality education, come together to hold the school board accountable for the current state of affairs. We call for the immediate removal of Dr. H. Major Poteat from his position as Superintendent of Schools in Winslow Township.
