Petition for the Immediate Arrest and Trial of Benjamin Netanyahu in the United States

We, the undersigned citizens and residents of the United States of America, demand the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu, former Prime Minister of Israel, upon his entry into any state or territory of the United States. We call upon federal, state, and local law enforcement authorities, including the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and relevant state attorneys general, to detain him and initiate proceedings for his trial or extradition based on credible accusations of war crimes and crimes against humanity. These accusations stem from international investigations and reports by reputable organizations, and we insist that he be held accountable under U.S. law, international treaties to which the U.S. is a party (such as the Geneva Conventions), and principles of universal jurisdiction.

Benjamin Netanyahu stands accused by opponents, human rights groups, and international bodies of the following war crimes and crimes against humanity, primarily related to Israel's military operations in Gaza since October 2023:

- **Starvation as a method of warfare**: Intentionally depriving the civilian population of Gaza of essential items such as food, water, medicine, and humanitarian aid, using it as a deliberate tactic in the conflict.

- **Murder as a crime against humanity**: Bearing responsibility for the intentional killing of Palestinian civilians through military policies and operations.

- **Persecution as a crime against humanity**: Systematically targeting Palestinians based on their identity, including through collective punishment and deprivation.

- **Other inhumane acts as a crime against humanity**: Involvement in acts causing great suffering or serious injury to civilians, such as blocking humanitarian aid and enforcing policies leading to widespread harm.

- **Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population**: Ordering or allowing strikes on non-combatants, including at aid sites, schools, hospitals, and civilian areas, with reports of torture and unlawful killings.

These allegations are supported by findings from the International Criminal Court (ICC), which issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu in November 2024, as well as reports from Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, United Nations experts, and U.S. critics, including members of Congress. While Netanyahu and the Israeli government deny these claims, we demand a full, impartial trial to establish the facts and deliver justice.

Additionally, we demand a thorough, independent investigation into allegations that Benjamin Netanyahu may have been involved in or had foreknowledge of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City. While these claims remain unproven and are based on speculative reports and statements from critics, they warrant serious scrutiny given Netanyahu's public comments at the time and alleged intelligence connections. We do not assert guilt but insist on transparency and accountability to honor the victims and prevent any cover-ups.

We urge the U.S. government to:
- Arrest Netanyahu immediately upon his arrival in any U.S. state or territory.
- Cooperate with international courts or convene a domestic trial if extradition is not feasible.
- Launch an official inquiry into the 9/11 allegations to determine if there is any basis for further action.

By signing this petition, we affirm our commitment to human rights, international law, and the pursuit of justice without prejudice.
