Coxwell Street, Coxwell Road and the eastern section of the Highworth Road at its intersection with Coxwell Road, in  Faringdon, have long been neglected, and have not been resurfaced for many years. Consequently, they are in a poor state of repair. Until recently, highways management like this has not been prioritised, in what has come to be known as 'managed decline'. The highways authority is now putting significant funding into road repairs but this needs to be prioritised. The undersigned are thereby requesting that Oxfordshire County Council repairs these stretches of road, resurfacing them to bring them back into a good state of repair.
