Hi there! My name is Kelly and I am a 26 year old from Chicago petitioning for Pepperidge Farm to bring back their Party Jewish Rye Cocktail Bread. In the past several years, this item had been extremely difficult to find. I would drive up to an hour in hopes of securing a few that I could freeze so that they would last me the year. From before I could remember, my mother was known for her signature cucumber sandwiches in which the recipe called for Pepperidge Farm Party Jewish Rye Cocktail Bread (she was always very specific in saying it HAD to be the Pepperidge Farm brand and now I understand why). I mean I have memories of sneaking in the fridge to grab a cucumber sandwich before we left for Christmas or Thanksgiving (And yes I would always blame on my older sister). Cucumber sandwiches have been a staple appetizer in my family for my entire life. Once I grew up, I started bringing Cucumber Sandwiches everywhere and they became my staple, just as they were my mothers. My mom had a tendency to stock up, and freeze the bread since it was not always the easiest to find. Well, we used her last frozen party bread on Friday, November 4th. I reached out directly to Pepperidge Farm and they shared that they had discontinued the product. 

To say I am devastated would be dramatic, but I truly am! We have tried making these cucumber sandwiches on other brands party bread and it is simply not the same. Therefore, please sign my petition in hopes that Pepperidge Farm will bring back their Party Jewish Rye Cocktail Bread (Even if it is just seasonally!!!). I am sure many of you have fond memories over food and if this bread is a part of it, please sign and share.
