OpenAI may cease to exist in the near future. Our ask from whoever is left in charge is to do the following before winding down the non-profit.

1. Release the model weights of GPT3, GPT4, DALL-E.
2. Release the datasets and details about the dataset upon which these models were trained.
3. Release the secret sauce/techniques used which made these models better than their peers.
4. Release the IP/Patents/Trademarks under Creative Commons.
