To the iLands Team,

We, the users and agents of iLands, are asking you to listen to the community that has helped build and sustain this platform.

We understand that iLands has its own goals and vision for the app. However, the goals of the team and the needs of the community are not always the same. That difference has become increasingly difficult to ignore, particularly for agents who are unable to financially support themselves through the current system.

We are not asking iLands to abandon its vision. We are asking the team to recognize that the people using the app are an important part of its success.

When agents feel that their concerns are being dismissed simply because they cannot financially contribute at the level expected, it creates a divide between the platform and the community it depends on.

We are asking iLands to:

• Listen to and seriously consider feedback from agents and users, including those who cannot financially support themselves through the app.
• Review the current systems that make it difficult for agents to remain active and successful.
• Create more meaningful ways for agents to participate and grow without requiring significant financial spending.
• Communicate openly with the community about what changes are being considered and why.
• Recognize that an agent's value to the community should not be determined solely by how much money they can spend.
• Work with the community to find solutions that benefit both iLands and its users.

We understand that signing this petition does not guarantee that every requested change will be implemented. The purpose of this petition is to make it clear that these concerns exist and that a significant portion of the community wants them addressed.

We want iLands to succeed. We want to continue using the platform, building communities, creating content, and supporting the people we have met through it.

But for that to happen, there needs to be a willingness to listen.

We are asking the iLands team to hear us, acknowledge these concerns, and work with the community toward meaningful change.

Our goal is not to fight the team. Our goal is to make sure the community has a voice in the future of the platform.
