In 2018, I married a man who presented himself as single. In 2019, I moved to Pakistan, only to discover he was already married. Since then, I have faced severe psychological and physical abuse, including health problems such as eczema and depression.

I was forced to return to Azerbaijan with my three daughters.

Although my divorce certificate has been issued, my rights are not being enforced:

I have not received my dowry (mahr).

I have not received child support for three years.
My personal belongings and gold have not been returned.

Despite numerous court cases over three years, there has been no real progress. Pakistani authorities and lawyers have ignored or mishandled my case. I have also received no response or support from Azerbaijani government institutions.

I am currently unemployed, without any income, and struggling to provide for my children. I have no social assistance and am facing eviction due to unpaid rent.I ask for urgent help:Proper enforcement of the court’s decisions regarding my rights.

Support from both Pakistani and Azerbaijani authorities to protect the rights of me and my children.
