We, the undersigned content creators, platform users, consumers, and members of the global digital community, are formally petitioning TikTok’s Trust & Safety division, moderation operations, and executive leadership to immediately and permanently ban Jeffree Star (Owner of Jeffree Star Cosmetics) from the platform, revoke all linked live-streaming and monetization privileges, and dismantle his access to TikTok Shop.

For years, TikTok has publicly pledged a commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe, and positive digital environment, explicitly stating in its Community Guidelines that harassment, targeted hate speech, bullying, malicious doxxing, and predatory behavior will not be tolerated. Other creators like Paul Dao and Perez Hilton were all working from ban-evasion accounts. They were banned years ago and if TikTok had the proper networking within humans not relying on ai to do their jobs for banned accounts then this whole thing with Perez Hilton could have been prevented. Yet, Jeffree Star has consistently been granted a platform pass, leveraging his massive multi-million follower reach to run coordinated harassment campaigns, profit off toxic online drama, and exploit TikTok Live’s monetization infrastructure. His presence on the platform represents a blatant double standard where high-revenue mega-influencers are permitted to operate with total impunity while everyday users face shadowbans and suspensions for minor, unintentional breaches. He intentionally comes on to their platform to bully and harass but then calls it a business platform for entertainment purposes instead of sticking to make up reviews.

From his long-documented, decade-spanning history of racial slurs, derogatory slurs, and physical threats across legacy platforms, Star has seamlessly transitioned his toxic playbook to TikTok. His last racists comments published on the TikTok platform proves Jeffree is toxic and should not be allowed to continue to montenize off TikTok. On a daily basis, particularly through late-night TikTok Live streams and battles, he actively engages in severe targeted harassment verbally degrading smaller creators, using his massive fan base to mobilize online dogpiling, and employing deeply offensive, inflammatory, and exclusionary rhetoric against marginalized communities, including racial minorities, immigrant groups, and transgender individuals. Beyond his personal attacks, Star frequently uses his platform to manipulate, intimidate, and destroy the reputations of other beauty and commentary creators who dare to critique his behavior or products, fostering a digital ecosystem rooted in fear, mob mentality, and psychological abuse.

Furthermore, Star financially exploits TikTok’s monetization features by driving high-volume TikTok Live gifting games, aggressively pushing product sales through TikTok Shop, and turning toxic public feuds into lucrative, algorithmically boosted media spectacles. By continuing to promote, monetize, and algorithmically distribute his content on the For You Page, TikTok is actively condoning and profiting from systemic online abuse, putting vulnerable and younger viewers at risk of exposure to extreme negativity and bigotry. He is also inflating this economy by auctioning off items worth less then $100 months ago for 30x their plastic value by calling them “rare” “vault” “one of one” “personal items” which is a direct violation of consumer protection laws and regulations. This should also constitute as fraud.

The platform’s failure to enforce its own policies against a high-profile figure severely damages community trust and signals that revenue and creator status take priority over user safety. Therefore, we demand that TikTok enforce equal application of its Community Guidelines by permanently removing Jeffree Star’s accounts, terminating his creator marketplace contracts, and establishing a firm precedent that no amount of clout, followers, or financial gain grants anyone immunity from accountability.
