The Issue

Problem

At least 60% of college students have poor sleep quality and among this group, many suffer from many forms of insomnia. If you feel that you are not getting enough sleep, sign this petition stating that you would desire for school and state leaders to act on the issue. 

Proposed Solution

  1. Advocating to push 8am class back at least 30 minutes.
  2. Want the CRC to have more sleep health awareness programs.
  3. Have the health department promote foods for healthy sleeping.
