Create a Senate Tracker Account:

Visit the Florida Senate Tracker Sign-Up page. 
Fill in the required fields: a valid email address and a strong password (at least 6 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number or special character). 
Click the “Create Account” button. 
A verification email will be sent to your provided address. Follow the instructions in the email to verify and activate your account.  

Log In to Your Tracker Account:

Navigate to the Senate Tracker Login page. 
Enter your verified email address and password.
Click the “Login” button to access your Tracker dashboard.

Search for HOA-Related Bills:

Go to the Florida Senate Bills page. 
Use the search bar to enter keywords such as “Homeowners Association” or “HOA” to find relevant bills.
Apply filters as needed to narrow down the search results.  

Track Specific Bills:

In the search results, locate the bills you are interested in.
Click on the yellow sun icon next to the bill to add it to your tracked items. Once selected, the icon will turn red, indicating that you are now tracking the bill.  

Monitor Tracked Bills:
